On : 8.57 version, PeopleSoft Update Manager

When setting up FSCM PUM Image 34 native install, the phase "configuring post-boot peoplesoft environment" failed and the file psft_dpk_setup.log shows the following failure:
 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download FSCM PUM 34 Native OS image
2. Perform the DPK setup on the Windows host machine
