Asset Management > Define Operational Info > Custodian Information ChartField validation doesn’t allow to update other fields and Basic Add allows save to inactive chartfield value.

Expect check for invalid chartfield values

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set up new fund code
2. Add Asset
3. Go to Define Asset Operational Info to update Custodian, Empl ID, Fund Code from step # 1 above
4. Change fund code to inactive
5. Return to Define Operational Info to update
6. Upon save, receive error message: Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)
7. Unable to make any changes, header tabs disappear (Asset Information, Asset Property, and Asset Supplemental Data), Save and Return to List button disappear on the bottom
8. Go to Basic Add > Manufacture/License/Custodian tab
9. Make change
10. Allows save to inactive chartfield value
