Goal

An institution on Campus Solutions 9.2 needs to apply a PRP, but has not yet applied the contents of the Image listed as the prerequisite for the PRP to the target environment(s). How can the institution apply the PRP if they're not prepared or not able to upgrade to the prerequisite Image at the same time?

Some additional common related questions are: can the PRP be applied to an earlier Image, or can Oracle deliver a POC version of the same PRP fix to work with an earlier Image?
