AD Hoc Salary Change Not Saving In Manager Self Service "HR_MSS_CT_COMP is not a valid scroll name. (2,272)" (Doc ID 2627310.1)

Symptoms

When 'Request Adhoc Salary change' is submitted by Manager through Manager Self Service and approved, compensation data page is not updated in JOB data and produced error below: 

HR_MSS_CT_COMP is not a valid scroll name. (2,272) HR_TRANSACTIONS.ApplySelfServiceData.OnExecute

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

     1. Manager Self Service > Compensation and Stock >Request Adhoc Salary change
     2. Modify the Compensation details and submit for approval
     3. Once after approved, Navigate to Workforce Administration >Job Information >Job Data >compensation to view the updated compensation
