Mismatch In Search Results For Items On Fluid EPro Requisition (Doc ID 2627407.1)

Symptoms



When searching for items on Fluid ePro Requisition returned results are different for each scenario mentioned below.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to requisition tile and search for "pack",21 items show up
2. Go to Advance search enter description as pack and search, completely different list of items show up
3. On facets select s category ,Error-1 message shows up.
4.Go back to requisition tile ,click on Browse Catalogs,click on Outdoor Supplies, click on the Cooking Supplies category, 2 rows are displayed but NO row count.
5.Go to advance search ,enter description as pack and save search criteria .select the Saved Search and click the search button,list of all items, not just Pack.
6.Go to advance search and modify saved search criteria by adding supplier as "Trailblazer" and click done ,Error "Error saving search criteria".
7.Go to classic epro requisition enter "pack" and search, pack’ returns 29 entries rather than the 21 returned for the fluid req
8.Go to Advance search and enter pack and search ,returns 23 items .
9.On global search select catalog items ,enter pack and search ,returns 32 rows .
10.Issue is mismatch in search results in all the above steps .
