Jobs Search Returns Bad Results When Clicking Search Again (While the Search is Running) (Doc ID 2627632.1)

When an internal or external candidate goes into Jobs and searches for a job,
due to a high volume of open jobs, the Search can sometimes take a few seconds to run.  
The system does not always show the spinning blue circle indicating that a
search is in process.

Users sometimes hit the search button again (thinking that the search is not
working) which then brings up the search result page, however none of the job
links on the page work.  

The user can then return again to the search page and try to search again.

1. Enter a search term, such as "headquarters" and hit the search button.  
2. Immediately after (while the blue search circle is showing), hit the search
button again.  
3. When the results page comes up and you try to click on the job links, they
do not work.  A blue circle appears but then no job details page comes up.
