When adding a Dependent/Beneficiary and selecting Domestic Partner Adult where a Spouse is also an existing dependent, when you click CANCEL on the Warning Message, the Domestic Partner Adult is added as Both a Beneficiary and a Dependent.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Employee Self Service
2. Start a Life Event
3. On the Add Dependent/Beneficiary Personal Information page, select Domestic Partner Adult where a Spouse is also an existing dependent
4. Click Save
5. Click CANCEL on the Warning Message.
6. Domestic Partner Adult is added as Both a Beneficiary and a Dependent.
