E-PORTAL: Related Content Drop Down Not Working / Not Showing Up, if Page Is Accessed from a Navigation Collection (Doc ID 2627728.1)

The Related Content functionality is not working if accessed from a Page that is loaded from a Navigation Collection.

The Related Content is defined for a Classic page, at the Component Level.
It works fine, if the very same page is accessed through regular menu navigation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on a Tile that takes the user to the Navigation Collection.
2. The 'Related Content' link is not even available at the upper right hand corner.
