EPY: 2020 W-4 Data Not Carried Forward From 2019 Tax Data (Doc ID 2627754.1)

Goal

The 2020 form does not carry forward the choices employee has made on their previous 2019 or earlier W-4. How are employees able to view their prior choices when they are on the new 2020 W-4?

For example an employee who has a Withholding allowance of 6, and Additional Amount of $50 on their 2019 W-4, but the 2020 W-4 shows no evidence of that.
