Performance Issue When Final Approver Approves The GSS Transaction

Symptoms
When final approver enter the approver comments and click on submit button, it is taking more than 3 minutes to complete the transaction. Issue exist for all GSS Transactions.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manager Self Service > Click on Approvals tile
2. Select GSS Terminate Employee transaction on Pending Approvals page.
3. Click on Approve.
4. Enter the approver comments and click on Submit.
