Symptoms

If a candidate applies for a job on the Careers page, then clicks the "Apply without a job" link, it goes to the job application. If the user clicks on "Exit" button, then an error occurs below.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Go to Self Service > Recruiting > Careers
     2. Click “apply without a job” hyperlink from the above screen
     3. Click ok
     4. Click on “Next” button
     5. Without save as draft, click on “Exit” button at top left corner
