When editing a Requisition, the Shopping Cart displays a zero when editing a Special Request Item

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Fluid Requisition
2. Add Special Request Item
3. Add Catalog Items
4. Submit
5. Go to My Requisitions page
6. Edit Requisition
7. Click Checkout
8. Click Item Description of special request item
Issue: Shopping cart shows zero which is incorrect
