Symptoms

When trying to apply for a Job from the Career Site page, via Classic navigation, applicants are receiving the below error:

No Log ID Specified (18179,13) HRS_HROI_SOURCE.Log.Util.Update.OnExecute Name:updateResolution PCPC:2552 Statement:49
Called from:HRS_HROI_SOURCE.Log.Util.UpdateResolution.OnExecute Name:Update Statement:29

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
   1. Navigate to Self Service > Recruiting > Careers (Classic page)
   2. Search for Job Opening and Apply
   3. Click on 'Next' in Step 1
   4. The above error occurs
