Symptoms

Updating Cloud Manager

While Updating PeopleSoft Cloud Manager the Status of Managing PUM Connections Stuck in Progress.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create an Interaction Hub PUM Image through Cloud Manager.
2. Log into PIA.
3. Setup automatic Cloud Manager updates by navigating to the 'Cloud Manager Settings' tile.
4. On the left hand side click on, 'Manage PUM Connections'.
5. Under the 'Actions' column, click on the 'Configure' button.
6. The status will remain stuck 'in progress'.
