Adding A Degree Using JAWS When Applying For A Job, 'Graduated' Or 'GPS N/A' Slider Indicating On/ Off Instead Of Yes/No

Symptoms
When a blind user tries adding Degree while applying for a job when using JAWS there is no indication of weather the 'Graduated' or 'GPS N/A' slider saying yes or no. The slider for Graduated and GPS N/A button only indicates Slider off and on which does not comply with 508 Compliance, for the blind users.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an Applicant with JAWS
2. Navigate to Careers > View all jobs
3. Apply for a job
4. Goto the Education Step
5. When you click on the Graduated or GPS N/A button, JAWS does not say yes/No depending on selection.
