E-PORTAL: In Portal iHub, Personalize Workcenter Settings to Add Pagelets, on a Remote WorkCenter Dashboard, Are Not Taking Place Until User Logs Out and Logs Back In (Doc ID 2629340.1)

Personalization on WorkCenter Dashboard Pagelets do not refresh and display automatically on a clustered environment.

In Portal iHub, if the user Personalizes the WorkCenter Dashboard to add or remove Pageletes, or to modify the layout, those changes do not take place until the user logs out and logs back in to the system.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to the Portal environment.
2. Navigate to access a remote WorkCenter, for example, for Financials: AR > Receivables WorkCenter; Billing > Billing WorkCenter; Customer Contracts > Contracts WorkCenter. Click Content in the upper right hand corner of the browser.
3. Enable the Pagelets you wish to view. Save. When you return back to the WorkCenter, the enabled pagelets don't refresh and display automatically.


The issue is very similar to the one described in E-PORTAL: Personalize Workcenter Settings to Add Pagelets are not Taking Place Until User Logs Out and Logs Back In (Doc ID 2432684.1).

However, in this case, it is only observed in Portal iHub with clustered environments.
