ELM 9.2: From Administer Class Roster or Instructor Roster, Mark Grade and Attendance Page, if Administrator or Instructor Updates Grades to Pass and Attendance to Attended, Enrollment Status Marked Completed with a Completion Date of Null. (Doc ID 2629777.1)

Symptoms

From Administer Class Roster or Instructor Roster, Mark Grade and Attendance page, if Administrator or Instructor updates a previous row's grade to "Not Graded" and attendance to "Did Not Attend" and then on next row(s) updates grades to "Pass" and attendance to "Attended", the rows' Enrollment status marked Completed with a Completion date of Null.
 

Steps to Replicate Issue:

1. Log in as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Learner Tasks > Administer Class Roster

Or
1. Log in as an Instructor
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Enterprise Learning > Instructor Tasks > Mark Grades and Attendance

3. Search and select a Class Roster with Learners enrolled 5 or more.
4. {click} Grade and Attendance link, update class status to Pass and Attended (ATTD) on Class Roster for 1st Learner and 2nd Learner in enrolled status.
5. Then, update class status to Not Graded (INCO) and Did Not Attend ( NATT) on Class Roster for 3rd Learner in enrolled status.
6. Then, update class status to Pass and Attended (ATTD) on Class Roster for 4th Learner and 5th Learner in enrolled status.
7. Then click Save button.
8. Notice 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Learners have a status of Completed (COMP) and SQL results from database that Learners 4th and 5th do not have a Completion Date (LM_COMPL_DT is Null).
9. And notice 3rd Learner has a status of Not Completed (INCO)
