PE: SS - Planning Node Parameters And Above Items Are Not Displayed (Doc ID 2630126.1)

Some levels may consist of multiple semesters where planning node is equal to a study period. Same as Level, it is understood that the min and max parameters can be added to the Item Details when student click and reviews, however there is no clickable item for the planning node


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Program Format create Part Time structure where Level 01 – consists of Year 01 / Year 02 which are planning nodes
2. Assign to student
3. Log in as student and go to Self Service -> Program Enrollment -> My Education Plan
4. Note that you can see Year 01 and Year 02, but when in year 2, there is no way to see credits, etc from year 01
