Issue:
While Creating an ePro Requisition, clicking on the Item Image will display an X, if the Item has a % as part of the Item Description

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to ePro Create Requisition
2. Search for an item that has an image
3. Click on the Image
4. The system displays an X instead of the image
