E:IB - OSN Connection Not Working After Migration To Cloud (Doc ID 2630390.1)

Symptoms

A 504 error with the Gateway indicated a timeout error was thrown, which appeared to be an internal networking issue. Firewalls and ID permissions should be checked.

WebLogic is working since the customer can serve the page, i.e. PIA is up and running.

Also, the following stack trace was provided, which confirmed the premise above that WebLogic is working:
