CM 10

When try to update CM 9 to CM 10, it failed with error

Got error while adding the ENV [CMPSDB] in CA: CA command execution failed. Error code = 1 stdout = b'ERROR: Fail to test Access  ID/Password: Invalid  Access ID and password  for signon -- see your  security administrator.'

How to reset the database access ID/Password?
