using Page and Field Configurator for component PV_MOB_855_CMP to disable users from changing  UOM on the shopping cart page.It works perfectly for the first row on the page but all subsequent rows on the page are able to be changed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create page field configuration for component PV_MOB_855_CMP making fields PV_CART_UOM and UOM_BUTTON disable for entry
2. create a fluid epro req with 1 special requestand go to shopping cart page ,uom field disabled for entry.
3. click on continue shopping and add 1 more item and go to shopping cart page ,uom field opens up for editing on 2nd line .
