After PeopleTools upgrade from 8.56 to 8.57, FTPS connector fails with the following error in Integration Broker (IB) errorLog.html

The issue is replicated by the following:

1. Create a test node with FTPTARGET connector, and test an FTPS connection to a public free ftps server, e.g. test.rebex.net.

2. Ping the node, and observe the reported error.
