ELM 9.2: App Message Errors: No Transformation Found In The IA Transformation Schema For 0000 (Doc ID 2631144.1)

Symptoms

From HCM integration,  ELM  messages PERS_POI_SYNC, DEPT_SYNC, and POSITION_SYNC receiving the same type of Integration Broker error messages. 

Error Messages:

1.  Error Message for message PERS_POI_SYNC:

No transformation found in the IA transformation schema for 0000, message PERS_POI_SYNC. (18137,202)
This is an exception message that 3rd party handlers send back to the publishing node.
 
Transformation failed for No transformation found in the IA transformation schema for 0000, message PERS_POI_SYNC. (18137,202).
Transformation failed. Verify transformation using Integration Broker Transform Test Utility.
   

2.  Error Message for message DEPT_SYNC: 

No transformation found in the IA transformation schema for 0000, message DEPT_SYNC. (18137,202)
This is an exception message that 3rd party handlers send back to the publishing node.
 
Transformation failed for No transformation found in the IA transformation schema for 0000, message DEPT_SYNC. (18137,202). 
Transformation failed. Verify transformation using Integration Broker Transform Test Utility. 

3.  Error Message for message POSITION_SYNC: 

No transformation found in the IA transformation schema for 0000, message POSITION_SYNC. (18137,202)
This is an exception message that 3rd party handlers send back to the publishing node.

Transformation failed. Verify transformation using Integration Broker Transform Test Utility. 

Steps to Replicate Issues:

1. Ensure HCM and ELM are integrated for Service Operations PERS_POI_SYNC, DEPT_SYNC, and POSITION_SYNC.
2. Log in as HCM Administrator and do the following:
  2-a. Add a new row for a Position
  2-b. Add a new Department or update an existing Department.
  2-c. Add a new Person of Interest Employee such as a contractor

3. In HCM environment, verify that the messages, PERS_POI_SYNC, DEPT_SYNC, and POSITION_SYNC, go to status Done and generate the XML for ELM node.
    Navigate to Peopletools > Integration Broker> Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring >Asynchronous Services

4. In ELM environment, verify that the messages, PERS_POI_SYNC, DEPT_SYNC, and POSITION_SYNC, status and if XMLfor ELM node generated.
   Navigate to Peopletools > Integration Broker> Service Operations Monitor > Monitoring >Asynchronous Services

Changes

 The HCM environment has applied PUM image updates.
