Symptoms

After applying either PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) Image 32 or just patch 30037462, when an employee attempts to add a dependent using the classic Self Service Life Event process, the following error occurs:


ERROR

Data Integrity error (124, 85)
The data structure from the page does not match the data structure in the database. This can be caused by a change in the record definition while you were viewing the page. This
is a non-recoverable error and the current transaction will be aborted.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee opens a Life Event in Self Service (Navigation: Self Service > Benefits > Life Events).
     2. Proceed to the Dependent and Beneficiary item.
