E-AE: Non-ASCII (Traditional Chinese) Characters Become Garbled And Not Displayed Correctly In *.stdout File (Doc ID 2631712.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.57 version, Application Engine

Site is executing an Application Engine (AE) program on PeopleTools 8.57.08 in which the .stdout file contains traditional Chinese (Non-ASCII) characters. When doing so, the Chinese characters are displayed with a ??? symbol instead of the correct characters.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1.Run any AE which has Traditional Chinese characters in the .stdout file
