Symptoms

Fields on the "Request Line Comments / Header Comments" page cannot be Edited After the Cancellation Item Comments are Accessed.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Requisition with two special request items
2. Click Cart Icon
3. Click checkout
4. Click comment icon of first item
5. Enter comment and upload attachments
6. Click comment icon of second item
7. Enter comment and upload attachments
8. Submit (Requisition # 193 created)
9. Go to My Requisitions page
10. Click Details of Requisition # 193
11. Click cancel line button of second item
12. Click Yes
13. Click Ok
14. Go to My Requisitions Page
15. Click Edit action for Requisition # 193
16. Click Checkout
17. Click comment icon of second item
18. Click Done button
19. Click comment icon of first item
Issue 1 : All the fields are disabled in the Requisition Line Comments and Attachments page
20. Click Done button
21. Click Header Comments/Attachments
Issue 2 : All the fields are disabled in Requisition Header Comments and Attachments page
