When an Administrator raises a delegation request, the Email received by proxy Shows an Incorrect transaction name.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Navigator->Workforce Administration->Self Service Transactions->Approvals & Delegation->Add Delegation request
