AP: 1099 Backup Withholding BOX 04 - Not Printing On COPY B (Doc ID 2632888.1)

1099 Backup Withholding BOX 04 is not printing on COPY B after Legacy Corrections.


1. Supplier USA0000019  Set up as withholding required, with 1099 Withholding codes "03" as default code and add the "04" withholding code, both set to RPT.
2. Create Voucher 1 -  $100  ("03" WH code)   Date 11/1/19.
3. Create Voucher 2 - $200   ("03" WH code)   Date 12/1/19. 
4. Post the vouchers.
5. Pay Voucher 1 through express payment.
6. Pay Voucher 2 through express payment.
7. Post the payments.
8. Run Withholding Post (thru 12/31/2019).
9. Navigate to Main Menu > Suppliers > 1099 Global Withholding > Maintain > Adjust Withholding Supplier USA0000019     BU:  enter per test database; IRS; 1099  start date 01/01/2019  thru end date 12/31/2019   Search...:
- both vouchers created above are seeing  as "original transactions".
10.  Add line  (+ button)   enter information for BU; IRS; 1099; FED; and class 04  RULE 0;  on Transaction tab:  enter basis amt  $20  and payment date 12/31/19 with decl date 12/31/19.
11 Save.
12. Check supplier balance by class.
- it shows 300USD for 03 and 20USD for 04.
13. Run Withholding 1099 Report Job include manual overrides; make sure for tax year 2019; do not select box 7 box sent and accepted; check IRS File Gen Option of "ALL"  (run process RPT_1099 - which runs POST, REPORT, and COPY B sort)  this will create the IRS files (NEC and those that aren't NEC).
14. Check the IRS file:  
- it shows 300USD
15. RUN COPYB (APX1099 ¿ BI  Publisher)
- Box 3 is correct: 300USD
- Box 4 is 0.00 and it should be 20USD
