When Creating a New Requisition Using FLUID User Interface, The Fields REQ_LINE.QTY_REQ_STD and AMT_OPEN are Updated as 0 for Amount Only Lines (Doc ID 2633035.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new Requisition using the fluid user interface, the fields REQ_LINE.QTY_REQ_STD and AMT_OPEN are updated as 0 for Amount Only lines.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Issue-1
1. Create a Requisition using the Fluid UI, select the special request option, and enter the relevant details QTY, UOM, Unit Price, Category, Due Date.
2. Proceed to checkout and save the requisition.
3. Query PS_REQ_LN_DISTRIB and view the value of QTY_OPEN, you should see the same qty as you entered, but in this case it is set to 0.
Issue-2
1. Create a Requisition using the Fluid UI, select the special request option, and enter the relevant details QTY, UOM, Unit Price, Category, Due Date.
2.  Proceed to checkout,make req line amount only and save the requisition.
3. Query  PS_REQ_LN_DISTRIB and view the value of AMT_OPEN, you should see the same qty as you entered, but in this case it is set to 0.
4. Req not available for sourcing
