On Company Directory Employee Photo Displays Photo Of Another Employee After Using Mass Upload for Employee Photos (Doc ID 2633487.1)

After upload of Employee Photos using the HR_EMPLPHOTO process, the photos are not displaying correctly and displaying photos for other employees.
This issue is only occurring for employees that were recently uploaded by the Mass Photo Upload process:  HR_EMPLPHOTO.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upload Employee Photo with HR_EMPLPHOTO process

• Navigation:  Set Up HCM > System Administration > Database Processes > Resize Employee Photos > Resize Employee Photos
• Add New Value for Upload
• Select File to Upload     

2. Test by viewing various employee's photos in Company Directory.
