Goal
Can Single Payment Split Discount be setup for aged days between 1 to 60 days, in order to achieve the following?
Basis Day 1 to 15 = 2% Discount
Basis Day 1 to 30 = 1% Discount
Basis Day 31 to 45 = 1% Discount
Basis Day 46 to 60 = 0% Discount
