Goal

Questions:
1. Why did SCC_SFP_PULL collect 14 Anticipate Aid events for the same student in one run with all the same data?
2. Does CS only process the FasFinancialPlanOutboundV2Event that have a student ID assigned?
3. Is there a way to suppress FasFinancialPlanOutboundEvent from coming into CS?
4. Can we get one FasFinancialPlanOutboundV2Event to be generate per pull of Anticipated Aid instead of multiples?
5. Why do not all FasFinancialPlanOutboundV2Events have a resubmit link?
