E-AS: Error SessionPool:createJoltSession Cannot Connect to //server:port (Doc ID 2633972.1)

After completing tools upgrade, customer seeing errors in the web server logs and the app server is trying to connect to is down on the disaster recovery side.

The disaster recovery domain is down, so not sure why it is trying to connect to the disaster recovery domain.

Users are not experiencing any issue from the application side and the errors are only seen in the PIA_servlets0.log. (location:<web-home>/<domain>/servers/PIA/logs)

 The “WebCheckToken” in the Web Profile’s custom property page is already set to false.
