Symptoms

When adding the middle tier node during the Import Environment process, it fails with an error related to authentication.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Cloud Manager > Environment page
2. Click on Import Environment.
3. Configure DB node.
4. Add Middle Tier node.
