Symptoms

 

When running the 1099 Job, AP_APY1099 runs to No Success


ERROR:

Process ABENDED at Step AP_APY1099.BD200.Step50 (SQL) -- RC = 805


STEPS:
1.  Check if Supplier 1 has 2 Locations and both 1099/Withholding data is populated
2.  Supplier 2nd Location withholding data should be similar to step #1
3.  Check if Supplier 2 has 2 locations and both 1099/withholding data is populated identically
4.  Create a voucher for $1000 for the Supplier 1 in step #1 > Pay, Post, Payment Post
5.  Create a voucher for $2000 for the Supplier 1, location 2 in step #1 > Pay, Post, Payment Post
6.  Run Post Withholding.
7.  Run 1099 Job and Withholding Sent process.
8.  Create a voucher for $3000 for the Supplier 2 in step #3 > Pay, Post, Payment Post
9.  Run Post Withholding
10. Run 1099 Job
11.  Process AP_APY1099 ends with No Success
