Symptoms

When attempting to click on a link from a Classic Navigation Collection that is placed on the Classic Homepage, the following error occurs.




Additional Notes:
Given a Navigation Collection, when the Link is generated from the "Class" Navigation Collection, a number of Query Parameters are added to the URL.
IF using OAuth Authentication, it rejects the URL if it has more than one set of '%7B' and '%7D' ('{' and '}', respectively).
