Symptoms

When attempting to print barcodes embedded with BI Publisher reports they look incorrectly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Reporting Tools > BI Publisher > Report Definition
2. Go to Template tab
3. Hit Preview tab
