ETL9.2: Fluid Timesheet Attestation Gets Invoked On Save For Later As Well As Submit (Doc ID 2635345.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 17, 2020

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Time and Labor - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

-  Question 1 - The Attestation Message is displayed each time the timesheet is saved, rather than just when it is submitted for approval. This is too cumbersome for the employees.

- Question 2 -  When a timesheet is submitted, denied and then submitted again, only the original data seems to be saved, even if it is submitted by a different user (proxy). The Acknowledgement message appears but no data seems to be saved in these circumstances.

-  Question 3 - Although not an issue, the Attestation data would be more useful to us if it simply stored header level data indicating the timesheet employee, the period begin date, the user who submitted the time and the date/time information. Information beyond that level of detail is already available as part of timesheet audit data.
