SQL Error in DescribeCol in Fluid Benefits Summary Review For Health (1x) and Disability (3x) Plan Type IDs on MS SQL Server (Doc ID 2635806.1)

Symptoms

Attempted to access the Benefits Summary items by clicking the Review pushbutton for

a. the health (1x-Medical, Dental or Vision) plan type ID.  The following error occurred:

SQL error in DescribeCol.
