HRS_BIP_APPL Report Shows Errors in Appserver Log Even Though Report Comes up as Expected. (Doc ID 2635856.1)

Customer states they found a problem in the 2 templates associated with HRS_BIP_APPL report, HRS_BIP_APPLICATION.rtf & HRS_BIP_APPLICATION_BATCH.rtf. In the Job Opening section, there is a 'for each' statement followed by an if condition, however, the 'for each' statement is closed before the if statement. This lead to errors in their logs

SEVERE: [Line 1667.196] cannot close at [Line 1659.126]
Oct 07, 2019 8:50:49 AM oracle.xdo.template.rtf.RTFTextParser
SEVERE: [Line 1675.35] cannot close Oct 07, 2019 8:50:49 AM oracle.xdo.template.FOProcessor

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any Job Opening with Applicants
2. Click the Print icon for one applicant
3. Check the stderr log file to see the above error
