E-FLUID: WorkCenters Intermittently Fail to Load Through Unified Navigation and Display the Error: Unable to Find Page Configuration Data Based On This Url (Doc ID 2635870.1)

After upgrading, Workcenters are intermittently failing to load when navigating to a Workcenter through Ihub.  The issue only happens when navigating through unified navigation. No problems are seen when logging into the content provider directly.

Sometimes the Workcenter will load as expected but other times the following error is received:

"Unable to find page configuration data based on this url:


Please check whether the menu item you trying to open is registered properly in the system, or contact your portal administrator."


Replication Steps:

1. Login to iHub

2. Using Unified Navigation navigate to any Workcenter within a content provider (FSCM, HCM, CS, etc) 

3. Intermittently the error message is received
