Create ACA XNL Files Completes Successfully and Produces Print File of 1095-Cs but No On-Line 1095Cs Were Produced

When the Create Affordable Care Act (ACA) XML Files process was run, the file of hard-copy 1095Cs to be printed was produced and could be found, but no files could be reviewed in View Form 1095-C.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run Create ACA XML Files process (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > Create ACA XML Files).
2. Search for employee 1095-Cs in View Form 1095-C (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > View Form 1095-C).
