View Customer Account, Items By Date Not Calculating Correctly (Doc ID 2636747.1)

Symptoms

On all Campus Solutions, the 'Items by Date' inquiry for students shows a total for the last date of transactions posted that does not match the View Customer Accounts balance.

For example, the View Customer Account current balance shows a debit balance. Most current date row on Items By Date shows a credit balance for the student.  The last transaction posted to the student account was a credit item type; the amount of that posting shows as the Total Amount.

The running total on Items by Date Inquiry should equal the overall balance on View Customer Accounts.
