Symptoms

Expense workflow is sending worklist to users but not sending emails.

On: PeopleTools 8.55.13
FSCM 9.2 PUM 27


The issue can be reproduced with:

1. Main Menu > Peopletools > Workflow > Notifcations > Generic Template
2. Search : Expense Report Routing
3. Clicked Notify.
