EAP: Update Withholdings Performance Issue at Step AP_WTHD_UPDT.UpdVtmp.Step10

Symptoms
Updated 2 Suppliers to Withholding through the Update Supplier Withholdings page. There is a total of 4,532 Vouchers that need to be updated.
When running Update Withholdings, process is failing at Step AP_WTHD_UPDT.UpdVtmp.Step10 with an error due to filling up the tempdb space. This is causing a performance issue.
ERROR
Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.SORT temporary run storage: 141625894830080' in database 'tempdb' because the 'PRIMARY ' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded file
STEPS
1. Navigate to Suppliers > 1099/Global Withholding > Maintain > Update Supplier Withholdings
2. Add 2 Supplier IDs that will have at least 4,000 Vouchers combined
3. Select Y for New Withhold and populate the New Withhold Details as appropriate
4. Run Update Withholdings
