ETL92: Dynamic TL Groups Not Refreshing

It appears when TL_GRP_RFRSH process runs as a schedule process, some dynamic groups are not being refreshed as expected. The following message appears in the log file for the schedule process:
Group ID: XXX_XXX cannot be processed
0 rows deleted from Group Detail for Group ID: XXX_XXX
0 rows inserted into Group Detail for Group ID: XXX_XXX
Steps to Recreate:
1. Schedule TL_GRP_RFRSH batch process to run multiple times per day.
Due to the issue groups are not refreshed as expected, therefore causing delays in processing.
