E-PHC: Lines And Patterns Cursor Issues On Logs (Doc ID 2637784.1)

1. Navigate to PeopleTools -> Health Center -> Health Center:
2. Click on my system.
3. Click on the web server.
4. Click on one of the PIA logfiles from the bottom of the page, one does not see the cursor when one would like to enter a number in the line field, and nothing is shown when one would like to enter a number.
Same behavior occurs for the Search Pattern Text box, nothing is shown when one would like to enter a text value.
