Total Rewards - Error when creating the reward template error is generated when trying to save

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup HCM > Products Related > Compensation > Total Rewards
2. Add New Template
3. Add 2 Sections and click on save, error is generated
