Symptoms
Applied <Bug 30730542> -- AP: AP_APY1099 ABENDS AT STEP AP_APY1099.BD200.STEP50(SQL)WITH UNIQUE CONSTRAINT, to a Microsoft SQL Server database.
When running the 1099 Report, process abends at Step AP_APY1099.BD100.Step10C with an error.

1. Apply <Bug 30730542> to a SQL Server database
2. Create Withholding Vouchers
3. Pay the Vouchers
4. Run Payment Posting
5. Run Post Withholdings
6. Run 1099 Job
7. AP_APY1099 will abend at Step AP_APY1099.BD100.Step10C with the above error
